That finalists list paints an impressive picture of customer service in the UK. The category we're in (the InMoment Customer Commitment Award) alone features big hitters like EDF Energy and British Transport Police. That's illustrious company to be measured against, and it's a good sign for customer service as a whole.
In our 15-year history, we've become the UK's leader in tax refunds. We've grown and diversified, building a reputation for excellence in R&D Tax Credits, SME Cloud Accounting Services, Capital Allowances, Will Writing and Indemnification against HMRC challenges. Everything we do provides individuals and small businesses with access to the kind of financial help and advice often considered out of their reach. Jan continues:

We've had some impressive success statistics, with turnover growing by 255% in four years. In addition, staff numbers have grown from 44 to 157 people, and we recently passed the £100 million mark in refunded tax for clients.
