Dermot Kennedy, RIFT Group Finance Director
Dermot is the RIFT Group Finance Director. He has 25 years' experience as a qualified accountant, working in England, Ireland and Australia. Prior to joining RIFT he ran his own accountancy practice.
John McKeown, Non-Executive Director
John has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry. He specialises in SME finance, identifying and recovering tax subsidies for businesses undertaking R&D activity. He is also well versed in Patent Box corporation tax concessions.
Sarah Collins, Head of Research and Development
Sarah is the Head of R&D and has 6 years’ experience in management. She's worked on European Funded Projects to assist SMEs in accessing fore-sighting and innovation information relating to emerging technology growth areas.
Siobhan Zipfel, Operations Manager
Siobhan carries out extensive investigative research on claims and handles complex case management. She is a qualified Public Sector Enquiry Officer and has over eight years’ experience in software, database operations and customer relations.

Sandra is our senior R&D Tax Credit Consultant. She has many years of relevant experience gained from working with major blue chip organisations as well as running her own business.
Oliver Batt, Innovation Consultant
Oliver has 5 years' experience working in financial services, with a focus on taxation and case management. At RIFT R&D Tax Credits he works with businesses to identify R&D and writes the resulting technical reports.
